150 gr súkkulaðidropar/saxað súkkulaði<br />

Aðferð:<br />
Hitið ofn í 180°C. Hrærið smjör, sykur og vanilludropa vel saman þar til blandan er orðin ljós og létt. Bætið þá eggjunum út í og hrærið. Þá er hveiti, salti og matarsóda blandað varlega saman við (ekki of lengi) og að lokum haframjölinu og súkkulaðidropunum.<br />
<br />
Mótið í litlar kúlur og raðið á bökunarplötu, ekki of þétt því þær renna aðeins út. Bakið í ca 12-15 mín eftir stærð eða þar til þær eru orðnar gullnar að lit. Passið að baka ekki of lengi til þess að þær verði ekki of stökkar.<br />

Vatn látið fljóta yfir og soðið í nokkrar mín. Hellið vatninu af og stappið bananann samavið. Setjið sírópið, hafrana, kakóduftið og steviuna saman við. Setjið í glerform, dreifið saxaða súkkulaðinu yfir og látið aðeins bráðna. <br /><br />120 gr smjör eða smjörlíki (notaði smjörlíki fyrir ofnæmispésann)<br />3 msk maple síróp<br />2 msk síróp<br />1/2 tsk vanilludropar<br /><br />230 gr haframjöl<br />10 gr rice crispies<br />20 gr kókosmjöl<br />80 gr púðursykur<br />1/2 tsk gróft salt<br />1/2 b trönuber<br />1/2 b döðlur (skornar smátt)<br /><br />Hitið ofninn í 175°C. Setjið smjörlíki, maple síróp og síróp í pott og bræðið saman við lágan hita. Þegar blandan hefur bráðnað er vanilludropum bætt út í. <br /><br />Setjið haframjöl, rice crispies, súkkulaðibita, púðursykur, salt, trönuber og döðlur í skál og blandið saman. Hellið síðan vökvanum saman við og hrærið vel saman. <br /><br />Klæðið bökunarform (ég notaði 20x30) í botninn með smjörpappír og setjið síðan blönduna í botninn og þrýstið vel niður með kartöflustappara. Bakið í 20 mín, leyfið forminu að standa aðeins áður en þið hvolfið til að ná stykkjunum úr. Skerið varlega í stykki með pizzaskera og leyfið svo að kólna alveg áður en þið setjið stykkin í geymsluílát. Geymið í kæli.<div>

Strákarnir mínir (já eiginmaðurinn er einn af þeim) voru mjög hrifnir af þessum rétt. Hann er mjög einfaldur og sósan mjög góð. Ég bætti smá meira af grænmeti út í réttinn, nota fryst grænmeti dálítið og þetta voru svona strimlagrænmeti. Mér fannst það gera mikið fyrir réttinn að bæta grænmetinu við.</div>

Ég hugsa að ég gefi honum svona 3 af 5 stjörnum. Hann var alveg ágætur en ég féll ekkert í stafi. Ég sleppti hinsvegar gráðostinum í músina til þess að Nói minn gæti borðað þetta. Hann er með mjólkur- og eggjaofnæmi. Þetta var dálítið mikið, ef ég gerði hann aftur þá hugsa ég að ég myndi nota 500 gr af hakkinu (við erum 5 í heimili) og nota meira grænmeti auk þess að reyna að þykkja sósuna meira. Hún var svolítið þunn. Væri örugglega gott að þykkja þetta aðeins með kókosrjóma eða rjóma, það myndi líka gera þetta aðeins meira creamy :) </div>

Byrja á því að skera grænmetið niður í bita (ekkert of litla) og sjóða það í ca 15-20mín eða þar til það er byrjað að mýkjast. Hitið ofninn á meðan í 180°C og byrjið á að útbúa sósuna. Skerið ostana í litla bita og bræðið í rjómanum. Þegar grænmetið er klárt þá er það sett í ofnfast mót og fiskbitunum raðað ofaná. Kryddið með salt og pipar og hellið síðan sósunni yfir. Toppið með smávegis af rifnum osti.<br />

Hitið ofninn í 180°C. Blandið öllu hráefninu saman og blandið saman í blautt deig. Skiptið deginu í tvennt (passar á 2 bökunarplötur) og setjið helming á bökunarpappír. Leggið aðra örk yfir og rúllið deiginu varlega út með kökukefli þannig að það þeki bökunarplötu. Flettið síðan efri pappírsörkinni af og notið pizzaskera til að skera í bita. Endurtakið með restinni af deiginu. Setjið inní ofn og bakið í 15-20 mín.</div>

Hitið ofninn í 150°C. Stífþeytið eggjahvíturnar og blandið síðan sykrinum rólega saman við ásamt lyftiduftinu. Hrærið síðan rice crispiesinu varlega saman við með sleif.<br />

Skiptið blöndunni í tvennt og setjið á 2 bökunarplötur. Bakist í 1 klst.<br />

Þeytið rjóma og skerið snickersið í litla bita og hrærið saman við. Setjið á milli botnanna<br />
